The Plough at Radwinter Ltd.  

Mission Statement

•          To acquire the Plough Inn Radwinter.

•          To re-establish the Plough as a pub that puts the needs of the community first.

•          Providing good quality, value for money food, drinks and accommodation.

•          To re-establish community services to the village that have been lost.

Third Public Meeting 15^th October 2008

The Startup Committee has now formed and “The Plough at Radwinter Ltd” has been registered. (See preliminary prospectus)

We now need all those who have indicated a willingness to become shareholders in the company to register your interest (if you have not already done so at the 15^th October meeting) and make an initial deposit of £50 towards your purchase of a share as a contribution to the working funds of the company. Please also talk to friends and relatives in the village to encourage their support. Offers will be invited for individuals or groups of individuals to apply for share purchase in January. To register interest, please contact Suzanne Walker with a forward payment of £50 per share to cover start up costs. Offers for whole share purchase should be in by Christmas 2008 with payments to be made in January 2009 via the Company’s solicitor.
